How it works
1.Order & customize
Once you place your order, we’ll get in touch to begin the personalization process. We’ll discuss where you plan to hang the artwork and evaluate the amount of natural sunlight in that space. During this time, you’ll also select your preferred background art to complement the plants.

Other customers have often found it helpful to send us pictures of the space where they plan to hang the piece. This helps ensure we choose the best plants for the lighting conditions. Please share custom grow wishes, for example, we grew custom shapes of plants and vines. For the background art, some have selected serene, abstract designs to complement the natural feel, while others opted for bold, colorful pieces to contrast with the greenery.
2.Plant Selection & Growing
With the information you provide, we’ll custom-grow the perfect selection of indoor plants tailored to your environment. This phase requires patience, as we carefully nurture your plants for 2-3 months to ensure they thrive. Throughout this period, we’ll keep you updated with monthly progress reports on your plants' growth.

Some prefer a mix of leafy and trailing plants to add depth and texture to their artwork. Others choose a more minimalist approach or prefer plants optimising for refills of the watering/irrigation system. If you’re not sure what will work best, we can suggest popular combinations or plant species that have thrived in similar environments. Some customers even opt for special plant varieties that bring health benefits such as air purifiers for optimal focus in office.
3.Delivery & flourish
Once the plants are fully grown as discussed, we will ship the piece of living art along with instructions. After the first year we recommend adding fresh soil into the designated grow pockets. Automated irrigation systems will ensure optimum health. Enjoy plants without the stress of when to water them!

When it’s time for your living art to arrive, most customers prefer to hang the piece near a window for optimal plant health, though indirect sunlight works well for many varieties. We provide easy care instructions, but some clients have chosen to upgrade with our automated irrigation system for even simpler maintenance. Other clients have changed or landscaped specific plants in later stages. We are happy to stay in touch and help out free of charge! Thriving art is in everyone's best interest :)

What if my plants die?
Our automated irrigation system and refill reminders ensures your plants stay healthy. If no refill and watering is done (period of 3 months) and plants no longer survive, we suggest the following solutions:
(1) We replace the plants - sending only affected plants
(2) DIY Replacement - we advise on local replacement alternatives
(3) Preserved Moss Coverage - some customers prefer to solidify the art with dried plants. With help of green moss we can provide a green coverage - giving a rustic and autum effect (please reach out to us for examples).
How many editions are produced?
All pieces are unique, handmade, and of limited edition (meaning the combination of frame and art). Our gold series are limited to 10 art pieces. Whereas our bronze series are limited to 30 pieces. Each piece will be delivered with a certificate and book showcasing the series in the portfolio.
What if my space doesn’t get much natural light?
This can certainly be an issue. During the personalization phase, we will evaluate your space and recommend plants that can thrive in lower light conditions. We have plenty of options for spaces with minimal natural light, ensuring your living art remains healthy and vibrant. Let’s say the only available space is a basement setting without natural light we do not recommend moving forward.

All art pieces are produced near Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and warehoused/shipped from London in The United Kingdom.
