Refund policy
Due to the living nature of our art pieces and the sensitivity of our work, we only offer refunds up to 35 days after the delivery date. After that date, Returns or exchanges are not permitted once confirmed and paid for by the client.
Plants, like all living organisms, respond to touch, water, temperature, light, and other environmental factors, many of which are beyond our control once the plant has been collected or delivered to the customer.
Please be aware that any issues resulting from overwatering, underwatering, extreme temperatures, too much or too little light, or other actions outside of our control are the responsibility of the new owner upon receiving the plant. Due to the delicate nature of plants and the external conditions mentioned, we do not offer guarantees on our plant arrangements once they have been picked up or delivered.

Should you still experience issues after reviewing this information, feel free to reach out to us through the website. We may ask you to shoot a video of to assess the product. bring the product to our gallery for assessment.
Shipping & Handling
Depending on your country and location additional fee’s for delivery may apply
Many of our products will be shipped from Europe to the US. We offer various shipping options, such as FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Home Delivery, and FedEx 3 Business Days. For delicate or large art pieces, we provide special crated shipping. Handling fees are applied to all orders requiring shipment. Client approval and pre-payment of shipping and handling quotes are required before dispatch. Please note that FedEx shipments do not include insurance by default; insurance can be added upon request.
For international shipments, especially those from Europe, preserved moss products can typically be shipped without issue and are often allowed as carry-on items for air travel. We will include a letter explaining the nature of the moss material with your shipment, which can be presented to customs officials if necessary. While we have not encountered any problems in the past, we cannot guarantee this will be the case, as customs laws and regulations vary from country to country
